At Palangi Gallery, we calculate delivery costs based on the location, size, and weight of your artwork.

How Does the Process Work?

• Once you have selected and secured your artwork, please provide your delivery address via email to initiate the shipping process.
• Palangi Gallery collaborates with specialist art courier services to find the most cost-effective delivery option. We will notify you of the delivery price within 72 hours.
• After you accept and pay for the delivery quote, we will promptly organise the dispatch of your purchase.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Artwork?
We understand the excitement of receiving your new artwork! Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks.

• For international deliveries, timeframes may vary. Our logistics partners will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date (ETA).
• If you have a specific delivery deadline, let us know, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Does Palangi Gallery Deliver Internationally?
Yes, we regularly ship artworks overseas! Send us your delivery address to receive a customised quote. Please note that all international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All purchases are non-refundable. To ensure the integrity of your artwork, please open and inspect your piece within 24 hours of receipt.

If there is any damage upon delivery, you must notify SGG within this 24-hour period by email. Be sure to include clear photographs of the damage. Unfortunately, SGG cannot take responsibility for damage reported after this timeframe.
